Going on the Chairman’s Club trip for the second year in a row was rewarding. It’s an outward symbol of what I’ve been able to accomplish with my client base, especially considering the challenges we faced during the difficult COVID years. |

In 2024, I heard a client had a planning role they needed to fill, and I immediately thought of a former longtime client. After connecting her with my current client’s hiring manager, she landed the job!
Not only did I get her back as a client and help her find job satisfaction again, but I also helped my other client fill an important position. |

Most memorable from last year is being on-site with my clients and seeing firsthand how much they value and appreciate the work I do to help ensure their events are successful. |
What new trends or opportunities in meetings and events are you most excited to explore in 2025?

This year, I’m excited about the trends and opportunities I’ve discussed with Jeska Brodbeck, our speaker at last year’s client summit, especially her concept of “Designing for the Invisible Experience” or what I like to call planning for serendipity.
It’s about recognizing that the best moments in a gathering often happen organically, and our role is to foster that growth through intentional planning. I’m also looking forward to exploring ways to build stronger connections, like Jeska’s idea of a “connection gym”—exercises designed to help us deepen our relationships with others. |

With personalization being key to enhancing the attendee experience, experiential and immersive activities will be more important than ever. Additionally, I’m excited to improve how we collaborate with our clients by incorporating more sustainable practices. |
