The Marco Island Marriott Beach Resort is in the midst of a huge expansion project.  In 2014, Marco Island was voted by TripAdvisor Travelers as the #1 Island in the United States, and the #4 Island in the World!
On August 5^th, 2015, the resort will re-open as the Marco Island Marriott Beach Resort and feature 696 guest rooms, a 10,000 sq. ft. Palms Ballroom, and a 10,000 sq. ft. Palms Pavilion. The Palms Pavilion has both hard wood flooring and air conditioning, as well as a covered walkway to get your attendees from a meeting to a breakout session or meal.
By January 1^st, 2017, the resort will be debuting as the new JW Marriott Marco Island Beach Resort, offering 810 guest rooms, 100,000 sq. ft. of inspired event space, a 36 holes Championship golf course, and incredible beachfront dining.

The Marco Island Marriott Spa holds 24 treatment rooms, holistic mineral soaking pools, a salon and fitness center, as well as a boutique shop.  The Hammock Bay Golf Course, Tennis Country Club and The Rookery Golf Course are available for you and your guests as well.
