Sunseeker Resort Charlotte Harbor, one of the most highly anticipated new resorts, is the inaugural resort property of Sunseeker Resorts, a wholly owned subsidiary of Allegiant Travel Company.  Opening October 2023, this luxury resort will be the first completely new-build resort with more than 300 rooms to open in Southwest Florida in over thirteen years.
