I’m Bailey Vento, your dedicated destination expert in beautiful Arizona. Originally from Wisconsin, I was drawn to Arizona for the weather. Sharing my personal experience through my passion for Arizona drives me to plan unforgettable events for my clients and their attendees. I have been a part of the Southwest Conference Planners’ team for 7 years and our goal as a company is to create lasting memories for our visitors, so they enjoy every minute of their stay while they are here.

Southwest Conference Planners is Arizona’s homegrown DMC. With over 30 years of experience in planning and executing thousands of successful events across the state, we have gained a solid reputation for providing exceptional service to our clients and their attendees. With a team of 11 people strong, we survived 2020 together. Constantly evolving as a team, we have taken the time over this past year to really nurture relationships with our local, trusted vendors and valuable hotel partners, as well as develop new practices to make sure we continue to thrive in the “new norm.” Our family-like work environment is what really sets us apart from the rest. Rather than a small, dedicated team, we like to approach each group with an “all hands-on deck” attitude. We believe we are the perfect package when it comes to a Destination Management Company – a group of dedicated planners who collaborate and create innovative program elements while offering top notch service levels. This is what makes our clients return to us year after year.
